How many seats does the Mazda 5 have?

There’s a lot to love about the 2014 Mazda5, and one of the things that we think make this model most fascinating is that it strays away from the typical “minivan” to provide something much sleeker, more dynamic, yet preserving the functionality, safety, and versatility that people love about the more traditional models. Mazda Advanced Keyless Entry

As today’s car technology revs up, certain aspects of the driving experience become relics of the past? Many of you do, no doubt, but more and more young people don’t as keyless entry with the use of a fob becomes steadily more available. And some automakers are really taking things to the next level, including Mazda! Ready to learn more about the Mazda advanced keyless entry system? Rotary engines: Time for a comeback?

What is a rotary engine?

Mazda has long been associated with the rotary engine, and most notably in more recent years because it’s been the last automaker to continue using them as recently as 2012 with the Mazda RX-8. But is the rotary making a comeback in a new Mazda sports car some time down the line? It sure sounds like it to us — In fact, since the RX-8’s discontinuation just a few short years ago Mazda has assured fans that the rotary will eventually live on in Mazda. So what is a rotary engine and why might you be interested in further developments? We’ll give you an overview today.  (more…)

Do Mazda cars hold their value?

A car purchase is a big deal, but it’s not a marriage. Many of us go into it knowing we’ll want to trade it in before “death do us part” — And in the auto game, that’s really okay. Normal, even. Don’t even feel bad about it! If you’re thinking about delving into a type of car you haven’t owned or had much personal experience with, you’re probably concerned about the long term worth of it, and whether it’ll end up being a decent deal for you down the line when it comes time to sell. Do Mazda cars hold their value? Today we’ll talk about some of the factors that affect a vehicle’s resale value and determine how the Mazda cars we have here at Holiday Mazda perform in those areas.  (more…)

Does the Mazda CX 9 have a third row?

The idea that a large family vehicle can be at once spacious and agile, comfortable and capable is one that some people have a hard time believing — not because they don’t want it to be true but because until recently it just wasn’t realistic and wasn’t being offered by automakers. As the crossover market explodes and more and more families start to see the value in a large vehicle, companies like Mazda are really upping the ante in terms of what these models offer. You might have some questions about the features of Mazda’s largest crossover, the CX-9. For example, does the Mazda CX 9 have a third row? Take a look for yourself!  (more…)
