Vehicle Sanitization Update
An advanced infection control protocol is used when your vehicle is in for service. These steps have also been added to customer vehicle detail service as well as our used vehicle reconditioning process to give you peace of mind when servicing or shopping at Holiday.

Complimentary disposable masks are available for customer use
Face coverings are not required in Holiday Automotive facilities
We respect your preference to interact with team members wearing face-coverings
Customers with face-coverings will always be served by team members wearing face-coverings
Even if you’re not wearing a mask, team members will wear their face-coverings for your interactions upon request
Plexiglass barriers are positioned at each team member’s station
Team members will respect your personal space and physical distance
ServiceMaster and Cintas continue to perform overnight deep-cleaning
Infection control of vehicles includes wiping and protective barriers
Customer-facing team members’ phone numbers are listed on our Meet the Team page for direct customer use during business hours to encourage pre-arranged visits

Contact-free, outdoor service vehicle drop-off is available upon request
Collision Center interaction and estimates are being done outdoors when possible
