  • Complimentary disposable masks are available for customer use
  • Face coverings are not required in Holiday Automotive facilities
  • We respect your preference to interact with team members wearing face-coverings
    • Customers with face-coverings will always be served by team members wearing face-coverings
    • Even if you’re not wearing a mask, team members will wear their face-coverings for your interactions upon request
  •  Plexiglass barriers are positioned at each team member’s station
  • Team members will respect your personal space and physical distance
  • ServiceMaster and Cintas continue to perform overnight deep-cleaning
  • Infection control of vehicles includes wiping and protective barriers
  • Customer-facing team members’ phone numbers are listed on our Meet the Team page for direct customer use during business hours to encourage pre-arranged visits
