We bought a used car from them. When we test drove the car one of my sons noticed that all tires were inflated to 35psi except the left rear tire, which was inflated to 40psi. On our drive home I notice the left rear tire was at 37psi, but was not aware of the original number so I didn't pay attention to it. By the next morning it was down to 19psi. The only tire that was over inflated was the one with a slow leak. Additionally, they did not include a spare tire with the car and when we noticed it was missing they promised to ship it to us. Fortunately I had my son, who is driving the car and is away at college, keep a tire inflater in the car and he was able to inflate it and drive it home. I now need to take the day off of work to have the tire repaired.
Wee abandoned all other dealers, makes and models. We had a great purchase experience and after a winter fender bender, the collision center coordinated superbly with our insurance (Erie). Thank you for being you!
I came from out of state, all the way from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, and after calling several dealerships—many of which didn’t even return my calls or answer our questions—I was so grateful to have found Holiday Mazda. Coming from out of state, I was a bit nervous, but Sam made the entire process straightforward. In the end, we were able to sell our trade-in vehicle prior to finalizing paperwork, which made everything even easier. Working with Eric Valentin in the Finance Department made financing seamless and stress-free. To top it off, Sam even packed some treats for us before we headed home—and we made it out just in time to beat the snowstorm! Overall, this was an amazing car-buying experience. We researched a lot of vehicles before selecting a Mazda. We narrowed it down to a CX-70 or CX-90 and ultimately decided on the CX-90 in Quartz Platinum. It's beautiful. We worked with Logan and he was exceptional. He was so knowledgeable, paid attention to every detail, answered every question we had, and was attentive and quick to respond. Holiday is out of our area, a 45-minute drive for us, but after meeting with Logan and seeing how the dealership is run, it was an easy choice and well worth the trip. We worked with Taylor in finance, and she was equally as great, very detailed and efficient. She and Logan worked seamlessly together. From the initial greeting at the reception area to the service team, everyone was nice and genuinely seemed grateful for our business. We highly recommend Holiday, Logan, Taylor, and the entire team. Well worth the drive.
Tony, the friendly and knowledgeable car salesman, made my car-buying experience truly exceptional. He provided valuable insights and assistance with the SUVs I was interested in, ensuring I made an informed decision. When I checked the carfax on the SUV I bought, I was thrilled to see that it had been taken care of before I got it. It had new brakes, tires, an oil change, and a thorough inspection. That shows Holiday Mazda really wants to give you a car that’s ready to hit the road and they don’t want to charge you extra. The sticker price, including tax and title fees, was exactly what I paid. But the lot I had been to before was going to charge me extra for service I didn’t ask for. They were going to charge a whopping $3,896! But Holiday Mazda didn’t charge me anything extra for the same or even more maintenance and upgrades. They were super fair and transparent with their prices, no hidden fees or crazy markups. The selection of cars at Holiday Mazda was impressive, and the prices were exceptionally reasonable. Unlike other lots I’ve visited, they didn’t have any hidden fees or crazy markups. I highly recommend Holiday Mazda for all your car needs. I’m glad I made the two-hour drive to Fon DuLac!
I contacted this dealership about a vehicle I was interested in buying via the internet and was promptly connected to Sam. I do not live near this dealership and would be flying in to make the purchase. Sam did a great job of providing me with the information I needed to feel confident traveling to the dealership to complete the sale. We were able to get all the details figured out via text and email so that the in-person sign out process was quick and efficient. When the time came and I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by friendly and professional staff. After viewing my vehicle I sat down to sign paperwork with Donna, the Business Manager. Donna was great and we whipped through the paperwork. Throughout the entire process I never felt any pressure to make decisions I wasn’t ready to make or purchase extras I wasn’t interested in. Every part of this experience was excellent and I wish I lived closer so that I could do more business with them and recommend them to friends and family. I still will probably recommend them as it’s only a 39 minute flight from my home. Thanks to Sam, Donna, and the other folks at Holiday for their help with this purchase. My wife and I love our new vehicle!
My daughter rescently bought her first car on her own. We were very impressed with the open communication and the great service we received. Got my lucky hands on a rare gem. BEAU is the guy. NO pressure, No BS. Have bought last 3, will buy next one from him as well. He's over by budget lot, but accesses the entire inventory to help you find the right one. Loving my new car. And their service manager puts up with me, so they can get you and yours into a new ride at a fair price. Other dealerships were gouging on the car i was interested in and they kept there word on price, even when others were asking 15k over MSRP. This is our family's choice for service.
