Holiday Mazda was fantastic to work with. They made the experience of leasing my first brand new car a breeze. They were very forthcoming and gave me exactly what they said they would on my trade when I had spoken to them and sent photos a couple of weeks prior. Their sales people were very low pressure, and worked with me to make sure I got the exact car I wanted. I never felt like I was getting the run around at any point. They also took the time to show me all the features and how everything works in my new car. Not to mention, their showroom is absolutely stunning. I have never been in such a fancy car dealership before. You truly feel like you are getting the luxury car buying experience. Even my mother, who came with, was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. I absolutely love my CX-50, and I would recommend this dealership to anybody in the market for a new Mazda.

Refused to assist with repairs their own employees created. Not trustworthy, unethical practice. Car is still broken and won't allow personal items to be removed, moved to offsite location without advising owner and charging 1000 for tow. DO NOT GET A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE!

Our current vehicle was 10 years old with 140K miles. We decided it was time for something new. My son is kind of a car buff so we asked him to recommend a reliable car. Mazda was top on his list. I saw that Holiday had a good selection of Mazdas with the features we were looking for. We drove to Fond du lac to take a look and test drive. The receptionist was very helpful and referred us to Jerrod who was with available to help us without an appointment. After discussing what we were looking for , he set us up for a test ride. We really liked what we say. Jarrod gave us an estimate of costs for the same car in a different color. This car was not on the lot but would be coming in within a few days. We put a down payment on the car and waited. We received a call on the day he advised it would be there. That afternoon we picked up our vehicle and signed all paperwork with a wonderful financial employee. Jarrod has contacted us to check on our experience. We love the car and would highly recommend Holiday Mazda.

The overall experience at Holiday Mazda was great. The business is very straightforward with their pricing, very friendly & knowledgeable staff, and overall my sales associate Stuart made the buying process easy. They were willing to go above and beyond staying well past closing hours to get me on the road that day in my new car since I had come from out of town. 2 weeks later I found a slow leak in one of my new (to me) car's tires and they got it quickly repaired, on them, no questions asked. My son in law and I were shopping for a “new to me” truck and came upon exactly what we wanted. We met Cole, our salesman, and couldn’t have had a better experience! Being only 19 years old, Cole was very knowledgeable about the truck. He was exceptionally personable and so easy to talk to… NOT pushy at all. He basically spent the entire day with us to make the deal work. We even had my husband sign papers via DocuSign while he was hunting from a tree stand!! The entire experience was so easy! Overall, everyone we encountered at Holiday Mazda was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about helping make it possible to purchase the car we wanted at a price we were comfortable with...and all of that was accomplished without the high pressure approach that many dealerships are still sadly relying on. Everyone we worked with made the process pleasant and made going into debt almost enjoyable. 😊We can't speak to the longevity or reliability of the CX50 yet, but we're definitely enjoying the car so far (hoping it has the some longevity of our previous Mazda's) and very happy we made the purchase at Holiday Mazda. I recently purchased a vehicle from the Holiday Budget Center. Even though I test drove it and wasn't aware of any major issues mechanically, I was still assured to let them know if there was anything I needed taken care of. I love my gently used car! It doesn't just get me around but is super fun to drive. So once someone who has extensive car experience with repairs made me aware of the few things that would need to be taken care of? I was pleasantly surprised with the Mazda sales and service department. From the professional staff to the welcoming environment. The dealer provided CX90 was nice to hve while our car was in their hands. I really wish Mazda would provide some sort of gift for the major inconvenience this causes my family, but I am happy our beloved CX9 is on the path of no longer needing large repairs.

Bought my new ride at Holiday Mazda in Fond du Lac! I had a great experience! Dealership and Jared were very welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were able to get me financing the same day and Jack gave me a great overview of all my functions and programs in my new car. Bought a CX-5 and Stuart was our salesperson. He was very informative and not pushy at all. We got a deal done quickly and was out of the dealership within a few hours. Would buy again from Holiday and would recommend Stuart.

Oil and filter changed. Fluid levels topped off. Tire Rotation performed. Made sure all lights working properly. And (video) inspection - shared with me while there - of vehicle showing engine bay, battery test, air filter, tire wear, brake pad wear, and inspection of exhaust and suspension system. The (free) car wash was a nice, and unexpected, touch. And Isaac was an excellent service advisor from start to finish. Two thumbs up from a long-time Mazda Enthusiast.

We had a problem with a situation and they listened and took care of us. They went above and beyond!

Went in to see what I could get for a trade on my CX5 as I put on a lot of miles for work. I was looking for something smaller and better mileage. They didn’t push me. Just gave me details and what I would get for a trade in if I was interested. Let me make my own decision and they answered my questions. Very easy to work with.

Holiday Mazda has done s great job of keeping my Mazda CX-50 in good shape. They check me in and out with courtesy, perform the work rapidly, and send me a video of the status of my vehicle. I heartily recommend them and will continue to return for servicing.

Do not buy from them, They are wicked people. They scam you, warranty, equals used parts that fail, then they don't replace, and charge you just to look at their parts. If your a woman, they will take every opportunity to screw you out of money. My wife asked me to chat with them this last time. I usually do not leave a bad review, but the response from this company is awful. This business would not survive, if people actually knew. They cannot for the life of you, update you on a repair. If it's their longer than 4 days. Currently I have a repair in, been there for 11 days. They gave me a loaner that fits 5, but I gave them a vehicle that fits 8, bc I have 8 in my family, now I have 1 walking to school for the last 2 weeks, and who knows how much longer. I am updating based on the exceptional service this last time, specifically due to Danny. He personally went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you, as far as my review goes. Well you need to make your decision, but if they continue to hear Danny's input, and walk in the customers shoes for a minute. Then they will get better. Again, Thank you

The vehicle we chose to buy had a discharged battery that during a long tutorial of features with the doors open, threw a warning and required a boost jump. Super minor, but left codes in the computer. This was late afternoon, so we drove our new vehicle home. The next morning, a tech drove a very nice loaner car to our home, and brought ours back to fully charge our car and clear all codes before returning our car. We have been buying Mazda's exclusively since 2002 when we had service issues with a monopoly dealership in the valley. Holiday has always done good with any service or recalls we have done there.

Excellent service when getting an oil change. Tires rotated, fluids checked and tipped off, if needed. Very friendly and efficient customer setvice.

Everything went great, thank you. Great service, friendly people and worth the ride.

My husband and I just purchased our first “new to us” SUV and had a great experience. We were able to test drive as many cars that we needed to and once we decided which one was right for us the process was quick! Donna was so nice to talk to while we were completing paperwork and she was more than happy to answer any questions that we had. Jack was also phenomenal! He knows these cars well and made sure before we left that we knew everything about the car too. He took his time and went over everything we weren’t familiar with and answered any questions we had with enthusiasm. Overall the people here are kind and care about getting you a car that you love.
