The overall experience at Holiday Mazda was great. The business is very straightforward with their pricing, very friendly & knowledgeable staff, and overall my sales associate Stuart made the buying process easy. They were willing to go above and beyond staying well past closing hours to get me on the road that day in my new car since I had come from out of town. 2 weeks later I found a slow leak in one of my new (to me) car's tires and they got it quickly repaired, on them, no questions asked. Would highly recommend working with them if you are in the market for a new or used car!

The service department is great! We had a breakdown over the weekend a couple miles from the dealership and were from out of town. We tried the car off on Saturday night and the car was fixed by 4 on Monday! The service pieces was great and transparent. They identified the problem, found some other issues that we will have to resolve later and fixed what was necessary to get us though the holidays. Matt the service advisor and Matt the tech were great to work with! The service video that they provided was amazing! I've never seen something like this but the tech walked us through exactly what was wrong showing everything!

We recently purchased a CX50 from Holiday Mazda. During the process we worked with Jarrod (Guest Experience Manager) and Taylor (Sales Manager) to agree upon a price we were comfortable with. They made the negotiating process as straightforward as possible, with no unexpected add-on charges and no high pressure tactics.The day we scheduled to pick up the car was during Jarrod's scheduled days off. So, he arranged for his teammate Brady to assist us. Brady patiently and kindly helped us, in between taking care of his own customers. We also worked with Donna in the Finance Dept. She was very friendly, informative, explained our options, and answered our questions. Ultimately, we were able to take advantage of some Mazda finance options that saved us money. Jarrod also called to follow up with us to make sure everything went smoothly, to answer any questions and make sure we were happy with the car. Overall, everyone we encountered at Holiday Mazda was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about helping make it possible to purchase the car we wanted at a price we were comfortable with...and all of that was accomplished without the high pressure approach that many dealerships are still sadly relying on. Everyone we worked with made the process pleasant and made going into debt almost enjoyable. 😊We can't speak to the longevity or reliability of the CX50 yet, but we're definitely enjoying the car so far (hoping it has the some longevity of our previous Mazda's) and very happy we made the purchase at Holiday Mazda. The next time we need to shop for a car, we'll be back!

I recently purchased a vehicle from the Holiday Budget Center. Even though I test drove it and wasn't aware of any major issues mechanically, I was still assured to let them know if there was anything I needed taken care of. I love my gently used car! It doesn't just get me around but is super fun to drive. So once someone who has extensive car experience with repairs made me aware of the few things that would need to be taken care of? I was pleasantly surprised with the Mazda sales and service department. From the professional staff to the welcoming environment. My CX9 was purchased from Holiday and we continue to drive long distance to have their service department handle our larger maintenance items. Our CX9 has the oil burning issue, and annoyingly corporate Mazda forces dealers to do a valve stem replacement twice before they replace the cylinder head. We just picked up our car and are watching the oil level to see if the issue is resolved. Holiday treated us perfectly each time we brought the car and our vehicle did not come home with any damage such as dings in the body or scratches in the paint after being in their hands for a collective 1-2 months. The dealer provided CX90 was nice to hve while our car was in their hands. I really wish Mazda would provide some sort of gift for the major inconvenience this causes my family, but I am happy our beloved CX9 is on the path of no longer needing large repairs.

Oil and filter changed. Fluid levels topped off. Tire Rotation performed. Made sure all lights working properly. And (video) inspection - shared with me while there - of vehicle showing engine bay, battery test, air filter, tire wear, brake pad wear, and inspection of exhaust and suspension system. The (free) car wash was a nice, and unexpected, touch. And Isaac was an excellent service advisor from start to finish. Two thumbs up from a long-time Mazda Enthusiast.
